FITS® Sock Care Instructions

FITS® are built tough. Caring for them properly helps make sure you get the most out of your socks.

Turn Socks Inside Out Before Washing.

Wool will "pill" with abrasion. When your socks are turned inside out the chance of "pilling" is greatly reduced.

Wash in Cool/Cold Water

Never bleach.

Hang Dry or Tumble on Low Heat

When wool socks/garments are exposed to high heat they will shrink. After washing, our socks will have a similar characteristic as your favorite jeans. They will be appear small at first and feel snug and then relax to their normal size.

Do Not Iron

High heat will destroy the wool and it will also create "memory" in the other yarns that make up the framework/skeleton of the sock.
